I LOVE BOWIE ... I put on my Bowie t-shrit while I was in DR ... My mother freaked in horror! "Muchacho y que es eso? No te pongas ese poloche!" ...

She probably thought it was something gay ...

lol...David Bowie...es lo maximo!..no solo como cantante...como artista en general... cuando se invento su alter ego...cambio la historia del rock..hahah...el cd de "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and The
Spiders From Mars'',...es uno de los mejores! que viva el Glam rock! :-D

Word ... It's a shame that there hasn't been another David Bowie-esque artist ... the closest I can think of is Madonna because she's such a chameleon too.

Everything is so generic now. There's no one like Queen or Bowie ... The Scissor Sisters are the only band I can think off right now that sort of keeps that tradition of dressing up and doing crazy things. Every other band looks like they stepped out of the late 70s and early 80s ... but in a really not organic way ... they look to staged, to planned out, you know a stylist gave them the look.

Ok, I'll stop ramblimg ...

estoy de acuerdo...uff The Scissor Sisters son increibles......me encantan...me gusta madonna...pero en los 80s...y a lo mejor a principio de los 90s...cuz...no me gusto su ultimo trabajo...o alguno de sus ultimos...

Si, el ultimo album de Madonna no fue mi favorito ... y ahora que esta metida en la Kabbalah esta super conservative ... Aunque nada de eso me impidio verla todas las noches que se presento en el Madison y en el Continental Arena el año pasado ... La tipa todavia sabe poner un show, pero un show genial!

Segun oigo su proximo disco sera entero de dance ... espero que regrese a sus raices ...
